Shower time. Let's break it down. There are so many products out there: soaps, face washes, shampoos and conditioners, and it is so easy to gravitate towards those that are heavily marketed to us or that we have been using all our life. I was no different. I probably used Cetaphil for well over 15 years. And it wasn't until recently when I started to read the label that I truly understood what was in these products. See, the skin is the largest organ of the body. We absorb everything we put on our skin.
There are so many options out there now for all-natural products and I have found some great success with them. Our skin is living and our cells need to be nourished!
Here we take a quick look and compare a natural vs. unnatural product.
Now don't be overwhelmed with the below list. The point is to start familiarizing yourself with reading labels and understanding what is in them.
Helpful hint: the first ingredient listed for any product, including food, is always the most prevalent ingredient. So if you look at one thing, and one thing only, take a look at that first ingredient.
