This is my favorite breakfast to grab on the go. I wake up, head to the kitchen, pop my overnight oats in the fridge, and by the time I'm ready to go to work, so is my breakfast! Watch those oats work for you!
Overnight Oats, serves 1
1 /2 cup filtered water, coconut milk, or your favorite nut milk
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Measure 1/2 cup dry oats into a Tupperware or portable container.
2. Cover with 1/2 water, or milk of your choosing (coconut or nut milk recommended)
3. Place the top on the container and stick it in the fridge.
4. Before you leave for the day, remove the oatmeal and top with your favorite toppings - see some suggestions above that are nutritious and delicious. Oatmeal will be ready to eat when you get to your work, or wherever your final destination may be! Enjoy!
