Acai Bowl, serves 2


2 Acai Bars, Sambazon Unsweeted Pure Acai Berry, broken up into pieces

1 frozen banana

½ cup frozen blueberries

8 frozen strawberries

2 scoops Alkamind Daily Greens, or 1 handful spinach (optional)

2 scoops Alkamind Vanilla Coconut Daily Protein (optional)

1 cup coconut milk (cold)



  1. Place all ingredients in order in the blender.

  2. Start on a low speed, blend the ingredients, using the blender tool to mix.

  3. Bring the speed up to high, and blend until all fruit has been incorporated, approximately 1-2 minutes depending on blender.

  4. Pour into your favorite bowl and make sure to split it in two!

  5. Add your choice of healthy toppings*, my favorite part, and great way to personalize your meal!


Topping suggestions:

1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

1 tbsp organic raw cacao

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp maca powder
