A Natural Constipation Remedy

NATURAL CONSTIPATION REMEDY

Have you taken diuretics, laxatives, or fiber supplements but never found a natural constipation remedy that is effective and gentle on the body? If your family is anything like ours, some of us have constipation issues and, of course, some do not. Some of us suffer from constipation when stressed or when traveling and for others it happens on a more consistent basis. ln whatever time you or your loved ones suffer from constipation, consider the Diju, an herbal intestinal regulator made of Chinese herbs for stimulating digestion and elimination. Here’s more about this natural constipation remedy.

NATURAL CONSTIPATION REMEDY: THE DIJU

It’s no secret that the bowel movement changes, especially when traveling or during bouts of stress. Even with fiber supplements and a balanced diet, constipation creeps up and takes hold day in and day out, leaving us bloated and sluggish. Here is a supplement that is a natural constipation remedy. It is made entirely of herbs for a gentle stimulation of the body’s digestive system.

The Diju was engineered by Tummy Temple, a naturopathic clinic serving Seattle and Olympia in Washington and online. Tummy Temple created this mix of Chinese herbs in the form of small swallowable pellets. I first learned of The Diju on a visit to The Tummy Temple for a colonic treatment, more specifically in a conversation with wellness advisor, Nada, who recommended the product to me based on my symptoms.

NATURAL CONSTIPATION REMEDY: THE DIJU DOSAGE

The Diju comes in a 1.25oz glass jar with 750 pellets. Or purchase the larger size, a 3oz glass jar containing 1800 pellets. The pellets are hard and small and made to be swallowed. Do not chew them; the taste is not pleasant.

The dosage is between 10-30 pellets, adding more incrementally as necessary. 25-30 has been a good number for me. Swallow them with water. I prefer to ingest them just before consuming a meal and within 30 minutes I excrete gently. Consult Tummy Temple for more information on dosage that is right for you.

NATURAL CONSTIPATION REMEDY: THE DIJU INGREDIENTS

The Diju is a supreme herbal stack that will help you get things going for a gentle excretion when you need it most. Ingredients include aloe leaf, skullcap root, amur cork tree bark, safphora tree flower, coatis root, rhubarb root, cape jasmine fruit and honey as a binder.

The ingredients are used in Chinese medicine and published research studies prove their many healing properties. The ingredients of The Diju aid in digestion.
